Home Heroes is a dispatching company that connects customers with independent contractors and service providers (“Subcontractors”) for home services. We do not perform any services ourselves, and we are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or performance of services provided by Subcontractors.
No Warranty or Liability for Subcontractors
By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
• Home Heroes is not responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of any Subcontractor.
• Any agreements or disputes between you and a Subcontractor are solely between you and the Subcontractor.
• Home Heroes does not provide warranties or guarantees regarding the services performed by Subcontractors.
User Responsibilities
By using our Service, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting a service.
• Accept that Home Heroes may share your contact information with Subcontractors to facilitate the requested service.
• Understand that all payments for services are arranged directly between you and the Subcontractor, unless otherwise specified.
Fees and Payments
• Home Heroes may charge a service fee for connecting you with a Subcontractor.
• Fees and pricing details will be disclosed before booking a service.
• Any disputes over payments should be resolved between you and the Subcontractor.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Heroes is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service, including but not limited to:
• Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from services performed by a Subcontractor.
• Any issues related to timeliness, quality, or completion of services.
Data Sharing & Privacy
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and sharing of your personal information with Subcontractors as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
Home Heroes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, and any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, as applicable.
